Complicated parts may be produced with bending and rolling.
Rolling and bending can provide good dimensional part stability with channel profiles and does not cause a
significant change in your steel part thickness.
Since bending and rolling radius will depend on material thickness and hardness,
there are design considerations regarding the radius of a bend and the distance of a bend from a part edge or hole.
Ideally, steel should be softer than Rb70, bending and rolling should be done in the direction the steel was rolled at
the mill whenever possible, and bend radius should be above 2x the steel thickness.
