With our iron worker we can punch holes in steel up to 1-1/4" thick, and we can put up to a 4" x 4" V notch in 1/2" thick plate. We have a wide variety of tooling including;
- 1/4" through 1-5/8" - round
- 1/2" through 7/8" - square
- 1/2" x 1-1/8" - slotted
- 13/16" x 1" - slotted
- 13/16" x 1-1/8" - slotted
- 13/16" x 1-1/4" - slotted
- 13/16" x 1-1/2" - slotted
- 7/8" x 1-1/4" - slotted
- 15/16" x 1-1/8" - slotted
- 1" x 1-3/16" - slotted
- and more including a variety of offset dies for punching angles.
We also have a punch for beam flanges capeable of punching 13/16" round and 9/16" square holes in 1/2" thick steel.
